After NATO enters Kosovo, three mental patients roam free and have nowhere to go. Unsure of what to do next, they set off across the post war Kosovo and travel to Hasan’s village. They are not welcomed by Hasan’s sister in law Zarife, (Yllka Gashi) and other residents and choose instead to live in an abandoned building.
